You will see signs directing you to the festival grounds once off the interstate.
Upon arrival you will pay at the gate then receive a wrist band for amount of days paid.
There are absolutely NO refunds. This event is rain or shine. We will not refund your money if it rains or for any other reason.
Do not remove your wristband for any reason. As long as your wristband is on you can come and go as you please. If, for some reason, your wristband tears, bring it to the gate and we will replace it with a new one and throw the other one away. Anyone found not wearing a wristband will have to pay and/or be asked to leave.
Gates will be closed from 11:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M. For emergencies there will be a sign with a phone number on it at the gate.
After purchasing tickets you will be directed on where to park.
There is one vehicle allowed per camp site.
There is a "VIP Camping" section roped off in the corner of the field. This section is for Band Members and Volunteers ONLY. All general admission customers must camp outside of the VIP section.
Food vendors will be on site but you are welcome to bring your own food.
We will not be selling alcohol, but you are permitted to bring your own.
Anyone fighting will be asked to leave.
There are now shower facilities on site.
There will be recycling bins within reasonable walking distance to where you park/camp/watch the bands. Please use these! With that being said, please do not leave your trash or cigarette butts on the ground. Help us out by doing your part and keeping your camping area clean. This is an environmental fundraiser and the last thing we want to do is leave a bunch of garbage all over our planet or have trash cans full of items that could have been recycled. :)
Other than that, just come out, have a great time, and enjoy the show.
When you arrive at the gate you will let the people know what band you are with and if any of your guests are with you presently. You will get a wristband which must stay on at all times. (See above)
You have the option to unload equipment first and then set up camping gear or vice versa.
There is no safe place to stash band equipment for lock up.
You will want to unload your equipment in the "Band Load In" and set up during the bands set prior to yours.
There will be 30 minutes between each band to set up your stage and sound check.
After 30 minutes you are cutting into your own set time so use your time wisely.
Set times/music schedule can be found under "Riverfest 2013" and then "2013 set times".
Specific band Inquiries about sound tech can be sent to our sound man JohnDuncan at firstname.lastname@example.org
General camping rules are the same for everyone and can be found above (with the exception of being able to camp in the VIP section).
