Do not remove your wristband for any reason. As long as your wristband is on you can come and go as you please. If, for some reason, your wristband tears, bring it to the gate and we will replace it with a new one and throw the other one away. Anyone found not wearing a wristband will have to pay and/or be asked to leave.
For emergencies there will be a sign with a phone number on it at the gate.
Food vendors will be on site but you are welcome to bring your own food.
We will be selling alcohol in Beer Garden area. You are permitted to bring your own alcohol for enjoyment at your campsite but cannot be carrying around alcoholic containers otherwise. Personal alcohol is not allowed in correct area but alcohol will be sold.
Anyone fighting will be asked to leave.
There are now shower facilities on site.
There will be trash bins within reasonable walking distance to where you park/camp/watch the bands. Please use these! With that being said, please do not leave your trash or cigarette butts on the ground. Help us out by doing your part and keeping your camping area clean. This is an environmental fundraiser and the last thing we want to do is leave a bunch of garbage all over our planet or have trash cans full of items that could have been recycled. :)
Other than that, just come out, have a great time, and enjoy the show.
When you arrive at the gate you will let the people know what band you are with and if any of your guests are with you presently. You will get a wristband which must stay on at all times. (See above)
You have the option to unload equipment first and then set up camping gear or vice versa.
There is no safe place to stash band equipment for lock up.
You will want to unload your equipment in the "Band Load In" and set up during the bands set prior to yours.
Set up time will Vary 15-30 mins. Consult the schedule.
After 30 minutes you are cutting into your own set time so use your time wisely.
Set times/music schedule can be found under "Riverfest 2014" and then "2014 set times".
